Saugerties Lighthouse, Hudson River

The Hudson is fully marked with navigation aids for both daytime and nighttime use. Deep-water vessels travel as far upriver as the Port of Albany. The Saugerties lighthouse, marking the entrance to Esopus Creek, is one of four similar houses on the Hudson.
